How to get clear and glowing skin?

Hello everyone,

Every woman wants to and deserves to look good and beautiful. But unfortunately, we ladies suffers a lot from hormonal changes which is major at start and end of menstrual cycle.. Avv.. why don’t guys suffer from PMS???.   God is Soooo partial.  Acne, hyper pigmentation, pimples, oil secretion, black marks, scars etc.. Avvvv Nightmare….. All of a sudden, we use all soaps, cosmetics from TV advertisements, ideas from neighbours/ relatives, tablets & creams given by skin doctor to eradicate our problem overnight. But, it is very very wrong decision Trust Me :-), I too travelled in same lane and  & I personally suggest not to take tablets for acne ever.

Actually, our body is already adjusting for hormonal change to reach stable state. Our further intake of tablet seems to temporarily solve problem but in long term, it collapses the hormonal imbalance and adjustment and hence, further aggravates the problem. The result is deep scarred acne, pimple or scars whatsoever.

First of all , no pimple/ acne will pop out overnight.  Initially, there will be some change in skin texture and you might be having mood swings and change in food carvings. That is when you have to be very alert. Try to drink more water. Try to cut down your sugar intake particularly cut down whatever it is in white… sugar, maida parotta, diwali sweets ;-)… Limit your chat item and oil food consumption. Eat lots and lots of fruits.. don’t drink juices with sugar.

Do I look cruel to you?????????  Oh come on,,   you will thank me later…

Now have oil bath for at least one time a week.  Now comes main part..  Have a detox drink in morning and start doing yoga (I prefer Tibetian rites).. play some sports till you sweat like ocean.  If your excretory systems works good, your skin starts glowing.
